According to a letter circulating online, Zinyama owes $2,000 in rent and fees.

The owners of Kavalla Court, through their lawyers, sent a final demand letter to Zinyama. The letter, dated May 27, 2024, states that if Zinyama fails to pay or arrange a payment plan within seven business days, eviction and legal proceedings will begin without notice.

“This is what we are referring to herein, despite correspondence from the property manager, you have not been able to or have not settled your debt on time, this note serves as a final demand. If you do not make a payment or payment plan within seven (7) business days, the landlord will begin eviction and legal proceedings without notice,” the letter reads.

Interestingly, this development comes as another recipient of Wicknell Chivayo’s car gifts, Prophet Talent Madungwe, faces eviction.

Reports suggest that in addition to struggling to pay rent, Madungwe is struggling so much that putting food on the table has become a miracle.

His landlady, Gogo Manyonga, had been lenient with him due to his celebrity status, but her patience is wearing thin. Gogo Manyonga served Madungwe with an eviction order and was shocked when she almost left without paying what she owed.

Madungwe has since admitted that he is broke and has appealed to his followers to donate their rent money. He has also pleaded with President Mnangagwa, Wicknell Chivayo, Tinashe Mutarisi and Scott Sakupwanya to help him with money, a house or a car.
